YOUR DATA, EXPLAINED

Your data.
Your request.

Request deletion of your Player device records without opening the app.

Send a private request

  1. Open the Player support form and use an email address where we can reply.
  2. Enter your App MAC, if available, in the optional reference field. State whether you want one device or all associated Player records deleted.
  3. Do not send your Device Key, provider password, playlist link or payment details. If you cannot access your App MAC, explain this so support can arrange another verification method.
  4. The team verifies ownership, confirms the scope, processes the deletion and explains any records that must be retained and for how long.

What deletion covers

A device request covers the installation identifier, encrypted device key, authentication tokens, activation records and device-specific managed playlist credentials held by the service. You may also request associated personal and support records. Deletion can end access for the affected device. Necessary financial, security or fraud-prevention records may need to be retained, with the reason and period explained. Archiving or deactivation alone is not deletion.

Remove local data separately

Settings → Reset local data removes the Android installation’s saved playlists, credentials, favourites and history. Uninstalling removes local Android app data. This does not delete server records. Windows uninstallers may preserve user data; use the app’s data controls where available. Contact your content provider separately about its own account and access records.
