# Kensat Player privacy

The [full privacy policy](https://kensatplayer.com/player-privacy) explains device access, recovery, playlists, support, retention and deletion.

Device identity and activation checks use HTTPS. Device records and managed playlists require authentication and are not public. Personal playlists remain in encrypted device storage; managed playlists are stored by the service and delivered to authorised devices. The chosen content provider receives the information needed to serve its catalogue and streams.

Android recovery is tied to the same signed app and Android profile; factory resets can change identity. Support forms process only information the person submits and necessary connection information. Essential cookies support private access. Public product pages have no advertising or third-party analytics.

Uninstalling or resetting an app does not delete server records. Use the [data deletion instructions](https://kensatplayer.com/player-data-deletion) to request removal. Ownership is verified; retained records and retention periods are explained when handling a request.
